Zachary Buniak

Zachary gained experience at reputable plaintiff’s personal injury firms before bringing his skill and experience to the Rimland Law team. Now as an associate attorney for Rimland Law, he diligently and assertively represents his clients in various personal injury actions from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, construction accident litigation and 9/11 compensation fund claims. Mr. Buniak is a member of the New York Bar Association and the Ukrainian American Bar Association. In addition to his practice, Mr. Buniak was an aide for the United States Senator from New York, Kirsten Gillibrand. He was also an aide to the Verkhovna Rada, the legislative body of parliament for Ukraine in Kyiv. In his personal time he is an active member of the Ukrainian PLAST Scouting organization. There he mentors young boys and girls and works with them to become upstanding men and women with strong values and work ethic. He also speaks Ukrainian fluently.
